Note all listings except one sold for $287K or more. 29 miles to the airport and 39 miles to Union Station in downtown Denver. Wolf Creek Run offers homes up to just over 1,500 SF on roughly 0.17 acres in planned neighborhood with community park and pool. Strasburg East and Coyote Run offer larger homes with many around 2,500 SF. The next step up is Blackstone Ranch with many homes over 3K SF and on larger lots roughly 0.2 acres or bigger. $600K+ is when you start to see larger homes on larger lots (35+ acres). Mid price range gets you somewhat typical 1,500-2,500 SF on 1/4 acre of land. $750K gets you 3,000+ SF home built in last couple of years on 40 acres or older home with outbuildings, irrigated land, etc. Byers School District. Local post office, restaurants, schools, King Soopers, DMV, feed and ranch supply store, parks, fairgrounds, pizza/convenience store, medical facilities, and new Arapahoe County Kelver Library.
