Is Union Station a Good Place to Live:

The A-line will take you to Denver International Airport in roughly 30 minutes. Amtrak even offers transportation to Winter Park Ski Resort in the winter from Union Station.

Within Union Station are a few submarkets. Riverfront Park is along the South Platte River and Commons Park. Crossing the Millennium Bridge footbridge takes you to a lot of the new Union Station redevelopment. Walking a few blocks north of Union Station brings you to LoDo and Coors Field. On the southern corner is Larimer Square, known for trendy restaurants and lights strung across the street that create a cool, inviting vibe.
Shopping and Entertainment: You are downtown. There is plenty of shopping and entertainment.
Parks and Rec: Commons Park. Railyard Dog Park. Confluence Park. South Platte River. Cherry Creek Trail. Skyline Park. All wonderful places to explore.
