Location and Getting Around: Roughly 20-30 minutes south of downtown Denver. Encompasses much of the Denver Tech Center (2nd major office concentration outside of downtown). Just south of Cherry Hills Village. I-25 and University are your main north-south corridors with multiple light rail stations along I-25 if mass transit is more your jive for getting downtown.

Housing Options: 213 residences sold in 2022. 133 of them were houses. $300K to $6.725M. $1.925M (median house price) gets you 5,330 SF, 5 bed, 5 bath home built in 1992 (2022 data).
